Spanning 1959 through 1979, this lot of five used vintage Zippo lighters offers a hands-on project for collectors who enjoy cleaning and restoring older pieces. The group includes three decades of production, with brushed chrome finishes, an Engine Turned example, and a 1974 American Bosch advertising lighter with an Etch & Paint design.

The lot includes:

• 1974 Brushed Chrome, American Bosch Etch & Paint design. Flint removed.
• 1979 Engine Turned. Flint removed.
• 1959 Brushed Chrome. Stuck flint.
• 1978 Brushed Chrome. Stuck flint. Pinned hinge by Zippo & unfired insert.
• 1975 Brushed Chrome. Stuck flint; no wick.

All five lighters have been used and need cleaning. With the flint and wick issues noted above, this group is best suited to collectors comfortable taking on restoration work rather than buyers seeking ready-to-use lighters. There are no original boxes included, but we will include a current Zippo box with each.

A chance to work through a varied vintage Zippo lot, with the appeal of an early 1959 example and an American Bosch advertising design in the same group.
